When I saw the author was from Houston and the main character was inspired by one of her eccentric clients, I jumped at the chance to read this book. I spent my 20s and early 30s in Houston and have fond memories of my time there.  

I loved every minute of the twisty plot! In Perfectly Arranged, we find Nicki Mayfield whose business is sliding near failure when she decides to take on​e​ final client. This client is ultrawealthy, entitled, and difficult to please. 

The characters are well developed and believable. The descriptions of China made me feel like I was right there with them and were so accurate I could see them in my mind. I enjoyed this adventure, and the book is a fun read, quick read. 

I highly recommend this book and can't wait to read Perfectly Placed to see how the story continues to unfold.
