As someone who has struggled with anxiety for the bulk of my adult life, I enjoyed this book with its down to earth solutions to living a happier life. I found this book to be timely and appreciate that it not only provides solutions but also discusses why we behave the way we do. It is honest in tackling root causes while providing guidance for how to break through, forgive, and move on from previous negative self-talk. The book also discusses the importance of self-care and being gracious with ourselves as we embark on this journey of healing.
I received an advance review copy for free and am leaving this review voluntarily. Thank you Peter Francis and RABT Books Tours and PR. I'm excited to be a part of this tour.
