Overwhelmed by the need to make changes in your life? Constrained by thinking and habits that no longer serve you or a view of yourself that gets in the way? In this wise and action-oriented book, Chris Masiello presents an array of strategies to shift your perspective on how to address, accept, and leverage change. You will find practical insights on the relationship between change and the human psyche, step-based guides on how we affect change and vice versa, and the instruction to put ideas into practice. If change doesn’t stop, we can at least plan for it using Masiello’s astute teachings in Change — Short and Simple.
Change Short and Simple by Christopher James Masiello is a relevant look at how our thoughts and habits create our success or lead to a life of disappointment. This book acknowledges that change is hard for everyone. Our habits limit us because we easily become caught in our comfort zones while fear keeps us from fulfilling our fullest potential.
What I like most about this book is how simple the steps are. The simplicity makes the steps easy to implement. The other part that resonated with me are the questions at the end of each chapter, that truly had me thinking about what matters most to me and what steps do I need to take to have a more happy and successful life.
I highly recommend this book. It is easy to read and full of a lot of questions that will keep readers engaged long after they finish the book. I have begun to see the fruits of trying new things and not letting my fear guide me. I’m not sure I’d be here without reading this book!
