Understanding yourself, Understanding your kids.

I wish I had learned about our 4 bodies before I embarked on motherhood.

Motherhood, to me, means total acceptance and unconditional love. Understanding our four bodies and how they vary in different individuals can help us notice and celebrate our uniqueness.

I received an advance review copy for free and am leaving this review voluntarily. Thank you Tina Koopersmith, MD and RABT Books Tours and PR. I'm excited to be a part of this tour.

What Am I? is a wonderful children’s book with great messaging. The book is easy to read and full of gorgeous illustrations. This book helps both adults and kids understand their 4 bodies. I enjoyed the explanations and found it easy for little ones to understand and engage in. This book also covers how the 4 bodies differ among different people and is an excellent conversation starter.

Overall, a wonderful story of understanding and the depths of motherhood.

Overall Rating: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
